Motor Control Centres (MCC) and Power Control Centres (PCC) form the backbone of most plant electrical systems we build. An MCC brings the starters, contactors, overload relays and protection devices for a group of motors into one compartmentalised enclosure, so every motor on a line can be started, stopped and protected from a single location. A PCC sits a step upstream of that — it takes incoming power from the transformer or main supply and distributes it onward, safely, to the MCCs and other panels across the plant.

This is where our automation work shows most directly. Each control panel is built around a PLC (or relay logic) core that reads inputs from sensors and switches, and drives outputs like contactors, indicator lamps and valves in response. Every panel is wired and labelled to the specific process it will run — a single machine or a full production line — with HMI or SCADA screens added wherever an operator needs visibility into what's happening.

Flameproof panels are built for areas where flammable gases, vapours or dust may be present. Rather than trying to guarantee a spark never occurs inside the enclosure, a flameproof design accepts that an internal arc is possible and is engineered so the enclosure itself contains it — cooling any escaping gas below its ignition temperature before it can reach the surrounding atmosphere.

This is one of the most safety-critical panels in any plant. Its job is to start the jockey, main electric, and diesel standby pumps automatically the moment system pressure drops, and keep water flowing to hydrants and sprinklers no matter what else on-site fails. These panels are built around one rule: the pump has to run, and it has to be hard to stop accidentally.



Instrumentation panels bring together the process instruments — pressure, temperature, level and flow devices — that keep a plant's control loops accurate. Each one gives operators a single, clearly labelled point to read and calibrate every signal in a section of the plant.
